Does it matter?
While spring and summer are considered the ‘season’ of real estate, plenty of people buy homes in north Texas during the fall.
The advantages of marketing your home in the fall…
1. There are fewer homes on the market. Your home has a good chance of being seen, noticed, and appreciated in a smaller market.
2. The kiddoes are in school. During the summer months, you must pack up the kids every time the house is shown. In the fall, at least a few of those showings will be during school hours. Much easier.
3. Serious buyers A buyer searching during the fall months is a serious buyer. Perhaps they have a goal of having their family in a home in time for the holidays. A goal oriented buyer is a focused buyer.
